We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You will still receive transactional messages about your orders and account.
Text messages and calls (TCPA): We send marketing text messages or autodialed calls only with your prior express written consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
You may also opt out of marketing at any time by emailing info@infiniitev1.com.
8. Data Retention and Security
Retention: We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy. Order, invoice, and tax records are generally kept for 7 years to meet IRS and accounting requirements. Project files and client credentials are deleted or returned within 90 days after a project ends, unless our contract says otherwise. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption of stored credentials, role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff systems, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Breach notification: If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by law, including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act (notice to affected individuals within 60 days and to the Texas Attorney General when 250 or more Texas residents are affected) and other applicable state breach laws.
