• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Analytics data is used in aggregate. We have configured Google Analytics not to share data with Google for advertising, and we do not combine cookie data with other information to build advertising profiles.

6. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

Cookie settings. Use the “Cookie Settings” link in our website footer to turn functional and analytics cookies on or off at any time. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off through this tool.

Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop login and checkout from working. Help pages are available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge in each browser’s settings or help menu.

Google Analytics opt-out. You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Mobile devices. You can limit tracking through your device’s privacy settings, such as “Limit Ad Tracking” or “Allow Apps to Request to Track.”

7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal information and targeted advertising, as required by the CCPA, TDPSA, and other state laws. When we detect GPC, we also turn off analytics cookies for that browser.

Do Not Track (DNT). As required by CalOPPA, we disclose that our Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because there is no common industry standard for them. We honor GPC instead.

8. Your State Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Texas, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of sale and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. To exercise your rights, email info@infiniitev1.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” or see our Privacy Policy for full details. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

Our Site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as social media platforms or video players. Those third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. We do not control their cookies; please review their cookie and privacy policies.
