Delivery Policy

I N F I N I I T E V1 LLC (DBA INFINIITE GLOBAL)

Effective Date: October 2, 2026 | Last Updated: October 2, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Delivery Policy explains how and when I N F I N I I T E V1 LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as INFINIITE GLOBAL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), delivers the IT and digital services you purchase online, including social media marketing, website, software and app development, IT infrastructure, technical support, and consulting (the “Services”).

This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and works with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. It is designed to comply with the Federal Trade Commission Act (which prohibits deceptive claims about delivery times), the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435) for any physical goods, and the E-SIGN Act for electronic delivery. If an Order, quote, or Statement of Work (“SOW”) states a different delivery schedule, that Order controls.

2. How We Deliver

All Services are delivered electronically. Depending on the Service, delivery may take one or more of these forms:

• Email or secure download link for files, reports, designs, documents, and source code.

• Client portal or shared workspace (such as a project management tool or cloud folder).

• Direct deployment to your website, server, hosting, cloud account, or code repository.

• App store submission to Apple App Store or Google Play under your developer account, where included in your Order.

• Live work on your platforms, such as publishing posts or running campaigns on your social media and advertising accounts.

• Remote sessions for support, setup, training, and consulting, by video call or remote-access tools.

• Account and credential handover through a secure method; we never send passwords in plain text where avoidable.

Delivery is complete when the deliverable is sent to the email address on your account, made available in your portal, or deployed to the destination you specified.

3. When Delivery Timelines Start

Delivery timelines are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) and begin only after both of the following:

1 your payment or required deposit has cleared; and

2 we have received the content, information, approvals, and access needed to begin (the “project inputs”). We confirm your Order and estimated delivery date by email within 2 business days of purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The table below shows typical timelines. The exact timeline for your Order is stated on the service listing, quote, or SOW.

Service Typical delivery Delivery method
Technical support and troubleshooting Initial response within 1 business day Remote session, email, ticket
Social media account setup / audit 3 to 7 business days Report by email; changes live on your accounts
Monthly social media management Content calendar within 5 business days; posting ongoing each month Client portal; publishing on your platforms
Logo and graphic design packages 5 to 10 business days for first concepts Download link / portal
Website (standard, up to 10 pages) 3 to 6 weeks Deployment to your hosting
E-commerce or custom web application 6 to 16 weeks, by milestone Staging site, then production deployment
Mobile app development 8 to 24 weeks, by milestone Test builds, then app store submission
IT infrastructure / cloud setup 1 to 4 weeks Configuration on your systems; documentation
Consulting and project management As scheduled in your Order Video sessions, reports
Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, unless your Order expressly states a guaranteed date.

5. Milestones and Progress Updates

Larger projects are delivered in milestones (for example: design, development, testing, launch). We share progress updates at least every two weeks, or more often if stated in your Order. Each milestone is delivered for your review before work moves to the next stage.

6. Delays

Delays on our side. If we learn that we cannot meet a stated delivery date, we will notify you by email before that date, explain the reason, and give a revised date. You may then either accept the new date or cancel the affected Service and receive a refund for work not yet delivered, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delays on your side. Timelines are paused while we wait for project inputs, feedback, or approvals from you, and resume when we receive them. If a project is on hold for more than 30 days because of missing inputs, the inactive-project terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply.

Third-party delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties outside our control, such as app store review times, domain or DNS propagation, hosting providers, or social media platform approvals. Delays from force majeure events are handled as described in our Terms & Conditions.

7. Review, Revisions, and Acceptance

After each deliverable or milestone is delivered, you have 7 business days to review it and report any material differences from the agreed specifications. We correct confirmed issues at no extra cost. The number of revision rounds included is stated in your Order; additional revisions or new features are billed as change requests.

A deliverable is considered accepted when you approve it in writing, when you use it in production, or when 7 business days pass without a reported issue.

8. Final Handover

When a project is complete and paid in full, we provide the final files, source code (where included in your Order), access credentials we created for you, and basic documentation. Ownership of deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We may withhold final files and credentials until all invoices are paid.

We keep copies of final deliverables for 90 days after project completion so you can request a re-send. After that, we may delete them, so please keep your own backups.

9. Failed or Undelivered Deliveries

If you have not received a confirmed deliverable, check your spam folder and then email info@infiniitev1.com with your order number. We will re-send it within 1 business day at no charge. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, full mailbox, or access restrictions on your side, but we will always re-send on request.

10. Physical Goods (If Applicable)

Some Orders may include physical items such as networking equipment, computer hardware, or devices. For these items:

• We ship within the time stated at checkout. If no time is stated, we ship within 30 days of a properly completed order, as required by the FTC Mail Order Rule.

• If we cannot ship on time, we notify you before the deadline with a revised date and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund.

• Refunds for canceled physical orders are issued within 7 business days, or within one billing cycle for credit card payments.

• Shipping costs, carriers, and tracking details are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Report damaged or missing items within 5 business days of delivery.

11. Service Area

We deliver Services to clients in the United States and internationally. Delivery is subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws, and we may decline Orders where delivery would violate them. Physical goods are shipped only to addresses within the United States unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes do not apply to Orders placed before the update.
