Service Warranty Policy

I N F I N I I T E V1 LLC (DBA INFINIITE GLOBAL)

Effective Date: October 2, 2026 | Last Updated: October 2, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Service Warranty Policy (“Policy”) describes the limited warranty that I N F I N I I T E V1 LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as INFINIITE GLOBAL (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides on IT and digital services purchased online, including social media marketing, website, software and app development, IT infrastructure, technical support, and consulting (the “Services”).

This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and works with our Refund & Cancellation and Delivery Policies. It is written to be clear and conspicuous as required by the Federal Trade Commission Act and Texas law. Where we resell physical products, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the FTC’s warranty disclosure rules apply as described in Section 9. If an Order, quote, or Statement of Work (“SOW”) provides a different warranty, that Order controls.

2. Our Warranty

We warrant that:

1 the Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care consistent with generally accepted industry standards.

2 each deliverable will materially conform to the specifications, scope, and acceptance criteria stated in your Order when delivered

3 we will perform the Services in compliance with applicable U.S. laws; and

4 to our knowledge, original work we create for you will not infringe any third party’s U.S. copyright (excluding materials you provide and third-party components).

A “defect” means a reproducible failure of a deliverable to materially conform to these commitments.

3. Warranty Periods

The warranty period begins on the date the deliverable is delivered or accepted, whichever comes first.

Service Warranty period What is covered
Website and web application development 30 days Bugs, broken functions, and display errors against agreed specifications on supported browsers
Mobile app development 30 days after delivery or app store release Crashes and functional defects on the supported OS versions listed in the Order
Custom software, integrations, and APIs 30 days Code defects causing failure to perform agreed functions
IT infrastructure, network, and cloud setup 30 days Configuration errors in work we performed
Service Warranty period What is covered
Graphic design and branding 30 days Errors such as wrong dimensions, formats, or typos we introduced
Social media management and marketing Each monthly service period Tasks not performed as agreed in that period (e.g., missed scheduled posts)
Technical support and consulting 30 days Re-performance if the work did not meet the agreed scope

Longer coverage is available through an optional paid maintenance or support plan, which will be described in its own Order.

4. Remedies

If you report a covered defect during the warranty period, we will, at our choice and at no additional cost:

1 correct the defect or re-perform the nonconforming Service within a reasonable time (we aim to start within 2 business days of confirming the defect); or

2 if we cannot correct it within a reasonable time after a good-faith effort, refund the fees you paid for the defective portion of the Service.

These are your sole and exclusive remedies for breach of this warranty, except where applicable law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived. Corrections made under warranty do not restart or extend the original warranty period, except that a repaired item is covered for at least 15 days after the repair.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

1 Email info@infiniitev1.com with the subject “Warranty Claim” before the warranty period ends.

2 Include your name, order or invoice number, a description of the defect, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots, error messages, or logs if available.

3 Provide reasonable access to the affected systems, accounts, or environment so we can investigate.

4 We acknowledge your claim within 2 business days and confirm whether it is covered within

5 business days. If we find the issue is not covered, we will explain why and, if you wish, provide a quote to fix it as paid work.

6. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Changes, modifications, or repairs made by you or anyone other than INFINIITE GLOBAL.

• Issues caused by materials, content, data, or instructions you provided.

• New features, design changes, or requests outside the original scope (handled as change requests).

• Problems caused by third-party software, plugins, hosting, servers, APIs, operating system or browser updates, or platform policy changes released after delivery.

• Misuse, negligence, accidents, viruses or security breaches not caused by us, power failures, or force majeure events.

• Hosting, domains, or accounts not managed by us, and failure to apply security updates we recommended.

• Business results such as sales, leads, followers, search rankings, ad performance, or app store approval, unless guaranteed in writing in your Order.

• Services that have not been paid in full.

7. Third-Party Components

Deliverables may include third-party software, open-source code, plugins, themes, fonts, stock media, or cloud services. These are provided under their own licenses and warranties, if any. We do not provide a separate warranty for them, but we will pass through any warranties we receive and help you contact the provider.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Use deliverables as documented and on supported platforms.

• Keep regular backups of your data, websites, and systems.

• Keep account credentials secure and install recommended security updates.

• Report defects promptly; delays may make issues harder to fix and are not covered after the warranty period ends.

9. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If your Order includes physical products such as computer hardware or networking equipment, those products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, not this Policy. Where required by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the FTC Pre-Sale Availability Rule, we make the manufacturer’s written warranty terms available to you before purchase on request. We will help you submit warranty claims to the manufacturer. Our warranty in Section 2 covers our installation and configuration work on those products for 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN THIS POLICY, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND DELIVERABLES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION. NO EMPLOYEE, CONTRACTOR, OR AGENT MAY CHANGE OR EXTEND THIS WARRANTY EXCEPT IN A SIGNED WRITTEN ORDER.

Where the law does not allow a disclaimer of implied warranties, or for consumers who purchase physical products with a written warranty, implied warranties are limited to the duration of the express warranty stated above. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

12. Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this Policy limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act where it applies. Disputes about this warranty are handled under the dispute resolution section of our Terms & Conditions.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date. The warranty that applies to a Service is the one in effect on the date you placed the Order.
